David Fardulis is SanStone Health & Rehabilitation’s VP of Operations. He joined the company in 2016 as the Administrator of Elizabeth City Health & Rehabilitation. He then moved to Asheville, NC, and served as the Administrator of StoneCreek Health & Rehabilitation. In 2020, David was promoted to Regional Operations Manager over the Mountain Region and most recently served as the West Division VP of Operations. David is a driven and passionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with demonstrated experience in creating teams that share the same high standards of excellent caregiving.
