Jennifer Robinson started her healthcare career as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the industry through on-the-job training.
Starting in 2000, she entered long-term care with a Chicago-based company, where she accomplished many roles within the organization while ultimately working toward becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
In 2011, Jennifer joined North Carolina-based SanStone Health and Rehabilitation under the leadership of Christopher Sprenger and Michael DeLoach. As an Administrator in Training, she began her growth within the organization, assisting and ultimately leading the acquisition transition of fourteen new locations, five of which were under her current role of President and CEO.
SanStone currently employs more than 2,500 individuals across North Carolina. Jennifer’s commitment to the well-being and safety of residents, while providing careers with purpose, is integral to SanStone’s continued culture.
