As SanStone Health & Rehabilitation’s VP of Revenue Management, Tracy Pracht is an accomplished professional with a strong background in therapy operations. She joined SanStone as the Director of Therapy Services serving as a therapy liaison, overseeing the clinical reimbursement department for four years.  In this role, she built an adept ADR and data analytics team, responsible for managing and overseeing the appeals process, while also implementing a data-driven quality assurance quarterly meeting to track trends and identify areas for improvement in quality measures. In recognition of her exceptional skills and leadership qualities, Tracy was appointed as the head of the clinical division in November 2023.
