Directions to Our Sanford, NC Rehab Center

From Raleigh and Cary:

From US-1 S, take Exit 76 and turn left onto Farrell Road. You will see Sanford Health & Rehabilitation within a half-mile.

From Research Triangle Park:

From I-40 E, exit onto US-1 S in Cary. From US-1 S, take Exit 76 and turn left onto Farrell Road. Drive half a mile to our rehabilitation center.

From Chapel Hill:

From US 15-501 S, exit onto US-1 N and continue for 5.5 miles. Take Exit 76 to turn right onto Farrell Road, and Sanford Health & Rehabilitation is in half a mile.

From Southern Pines & Pinehurst:

From US-1 N, take Exit 76 onto Farrell Road and turn right. Drive half a mile to our skilled nursing facility.

From Fayetteville:

From NC-87 N, continue into Sanford. At the intersection of NC-87 (South Horner Boulevard) and NC-42 (East Main Street), turn right onto NC-42 (East Main Street). Drive for 1.5 miles and turn left onto the Sanford Bypass. Drive five miles and take Exit 149A to US-1 N (Raleigh). Continue on US-1 N for six miles and take Exit 76. Turn right onto Farrell Road, and you’ll see Sanford Health & Rehabilitation in half a mile.
