From I-26:

Drive west on I-26 and merge onto I-240 E toward I-26 W Asheville. Merge onto Amboy Road via Exit 1C. Turn right onto Meadow Rd. Take the first left onto Victoria Road, and StoneCreek Health & Rehabilitation is on the left.

From I-40:

Drive east on I-40 toward Asheville. Merge onto I-240 E via Exit 46B on the left toward I-26 W/Asheville. Merge onto Amboy Road from Exit 1C. Turn right onto Meadow Road, and take the first left onto Victoria Road. You will see StoneCreek Health & Rehabilitation on the left.
